1. Eligibility and Consent

• Minimum Legal Age: You must be of legal marriageable age in India to register. This is strictly 21 years for men and 18 years for women.
• Explicit Consent: Profiles must be created with the full, explicit consent of the candidate. Creating profiles for individuals without their knowledge or approval is strictly prohibited.
• Marital Status: You must be legally competent to marry (Unmarried, Divorced, or Widowed with appropriate legal documentation).

2. Platform Role & Disclaimer of Liability

• Service Provider Only: Akash Vadhu Var acts solely as a platform/facilitator to help individuals find potential life partners.
• User Responsibility for Research: Candidates and their families must conduct their own independent background checks, verifying education, financial status, character, and family background before making any commitments.
• No Liability for Hurried Decisions: The organization will not be held responsible or liable for any discrepancies, false discoveries, or disputes that arise later due to hurried decisions or failure to conduct proper research.
• No Guarantee of Marriage: While we suggest matches to the best of our ability based on your provided data, we cannot guarantee marriage for every user. Success depends entirely on individual expectations, mutual compatibility, and family alignment.

3. False Information and Misuse

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior:

• If we discover that a user has provided false information (e.g., regarding age, salary, marital status, or background), their profile will be permanently suspended immediately.
• If a user is found misusing the platform, harassing other candidates, or using the service for anything other than genuine matrimonial purposes, their access will be revoked.
• No Refunds: In the event of account suspension due to fraud or misuse, no fees or subscription charges will be refunded.
• Legal Action: Akash Vadhu Var reserves the right to initiate strict legal action against individuals found defaming the platform or attempting fraud.

4. Memberships & Subscription Plans

• Memberships will remain active exactly as per the duration and features outlined in your chosen plan.
• Plans are strictly non-transferable and cannot be paused or refunded once activated.

5. Standard User Conduct

• Users are expected to communicate respectfully with all prospective matches and their families.
• You agree that all data, photos, and information uploaded by you belong to you, and you grant Akash Vadhu Var the permission to display it for matchmaking purposes.
